Terms of Service

Last updated: September 11, 2026

These terms govern your use of Triage. Triage is currently in early development and offered on an invite/testing basis — by using it, you agree to the following.

The service

Triage connects to email accounts you authorize and helps you triage incoming messages. The service is provided "as is," in active development, without any guarantee of uptime, data durability, or feature stability while in this early stage.

Your account

You're responsible for the accounts and mailboxes you connect to Triage, and for making sure you have the right to grant Triage access to them (e.g. a work inbox you don't personally own may require your employer's permission).

Acceptable use

Don't use Triage to violate the law, to access mailboxes you're not authorized to access, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Triage is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triage and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any loss or misclassification of email.

Termination

You may stop using Triage and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service, particularly during this early testing period, with or without notice.

Changes to these terms

We'll update the "Last updated" date above when these terms change. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
